Founder – Caroline A. Chartier has over 15 years experience in the Financial Services industry with 10 dedicated to the financial communications field. Prior to forming Ermis Financial Communications Ltd., Ms. Chartier was Global Corporate Communications and Media Relations Director for Credit Suisse Asset Management, the fund management division of Credit Suisse First Boston. She was responsible for overseeing and managing communication strategies of 22 offices worldwide, including having successfully raised the profile of Credit Suisse Asset Management in the international financial media and press. She was responsible for advising on all Corporate restructuring of teams, senior management and investment strategies globally including mergers and acquisitions; she was also responsible for identifying thought leadership reports and highlighting the intellectual strengths of the Equity, Fixed Income and Alternative teams. Prior to Credit Suisse Asset Management, Ms. Chartier was Associate Director at London based, financial communications agency – Brunswick Group. Ms. Chartier has extensive experience in devising speeches and coaching presentation skills of leading CEO’s of investment banks and FTSE listed companies.

Ms. Chartier currently advises Fund Managers based in the United States and Europe on their specific communication strategies.

Ms. Chartier is dual – nationality American/French and tri-lingual English, French and German. She holds a M.A. from Boston University (’92) in International Relations and a B.A. in History from the University of California at Los Angeles (’89).
